A proposal for community living that enhances the greenscape of Seoul. The Design Manifesto was based upon Connection – People and place, an emphasis on community and their needs, PLACENESS – Considering historical relevance and surrounding built environment, Health and Wellness – Consideration for wellbeing by creating outdoor orientated spaces, PUBLIC REALM – Encouraging community living and maximising potential of site location and Life – Increasing activity levels and encouraging a lively neighbourhood.
