Nusxbond Small Talks
Singapo-Re-Discovers Itself: A series of guest speakers invited by NUS to give the Global Cities Studio a more comprehensive image of Singapore ranging from independent artists to institutional researchers. These small talks were conceived as conversations (hence the name), and to facilitate that the speakers were selectively chosen in pairs to best spark a meaningful discussion amongst the students. By engaging with the speakers, the students would get to know Singapore.

2022: Seoul
The Global City Studio was able to gain a greater knowledge of the partner country through a dedicated Lecture Series organized by Seoul National University (SNU) which traced the historic growth of the city to the current trends in urban growth.
The Studio also collaborated with the architectural studio of Populous as they reflected on their master planning proposals for their competition win in Seoul.
